RULES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

We will process your personal data so that you can use the offer of ZODIAK Warsaw Pavilion of Architecture. The data will be processed automatically, but will not be profiled.

WHO ADMINISTRATES MY DATA?

  • The administrator of your personal data is the President of the capital city of Warsaw. Warsaw, (00-950), Pl. Bankowy 3/5.

  • If you have any questions regarding the method and scope of processing your data, as well as your rights, please direct your inquiry to the Data Protection Inspector at the Capital City Office [iod@um.warszawa.pl]

WHY MY DATA IS BEING PROCESSED?

  • We process your data for the purposes specified in the consent you granted.

  • Providing your data is voluntary, but if you do not do so, we will not be able to process the case.

HOW LONG IS MY DATA BEING HELD?

  • We store your personal data until you withdraw your consent or until we achieve the purpose specified in the consent. Then, in accordance with the regulations, the documents will be transferred to the archive.

WHO CAN HAVE ACCESS TO MY DATA?

The recipients of your personal data may be:

  • Entities to which we entrust the processing of your personal data, in particular:

          >     entities that provide IT and postal services to the office

>        people running our workshops,

>        entities responsible for events.

  • Public authorities and entities to which we are obliged to make it available pursuant to legal provisions.

WHAT RIGHTS DO I HAVE IN RELATION TO THE PROCESSING OF MY DATA?

You have the right to:

  • withdraw your consent at any time, which will affect the law of the processing,
  • access your personal data, as well as obtain a copy of this data,
  • equest the rectification of your personal data,
  • request the deletion of your personal data, which may apply in cases where:

>        the purpose has been fulfilled, meaning the data is no longer necessary for its intended purpose,

>        you have withdrawn your consent, and there is no other legal basis for processing the data,

>        your data has been processed unlawfully,

>        we are required to delete your data to comply with legal obligations.

  • data portability when processing is carried out automatically,
  • request the restriction of data processing,
  • lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO) if you become aware of unlawful processing of your personal data by the City of Warsaw Office.

You do not have the right to object to the processing of your data.
