One of the most attractive places to invest in Europe, attracting high-class specialists and modern, ecological office space. This is how Warsaw will present itself at the prestigious Munich Expo Real 2019.
Warsaw at Expo Real 2019 will present data indicating that it is currently one of the most attractive places to invest. What is confirmed by numerous, prestigious international rankings:
“FDi’s Polish Cities of the Future 2019/2020” – 1st place;
“Emerging Europe’s 2019 Business Friendly Perception” – 1st place among the cities of Central and Eastern Europe;
“Mapping the World’s Prices 2019” – 1st place in Europe in the cost of living category according to the Deutsche Bank report;
“FDi’s Eastern European Cities of the Future 2018/2019” – 2nd place;
“PwC Emerging Trends in Real Estate” – 2nd place among the cities of Central and Eastern Europe;
“FDi’s Major European Cities of the Future 2018/2019” – 3rd position in the category of business friendliness.
Warsaw is already present for the 19th time at Expo Real. During this year’s edition, 10 partners will present their offers with the city: BBI Development, Bird & Bird, cmT, Ghelamco, Golub GetHouse, HB Reavis, Karimpol, Tetris, Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, Yareal.
Warsaw supports the creative sector, therefore at the stand you will traditionally be able to see creative gadgets designed by young local entrepreneurs. Among them will be both already presented at the fair brands such as Hellowawa, LovePolandDesign, Mama Studio and Manufaktura Czekolady, as well as completely new. The Kabak brand has designed a mermaid pin, the Moomi brand has created a unique graphic that has been placed on bags and pillow cases, and the BeePack brand has proposed an ecological alternative to food packaging – wax wraps – it has created a dedicated pattern for Warsaw.
For several years, the City of Warsaw has also been promoting startup activities, after this year’s edition of the contest, innovative IT technologies for the construction and real estate industry implemented by ProperGate will be promoted.
This year’s offer of the city at the Expo Real fair is five investment plots at J. Słowackiego (3271 m2) and Krzemieniecka (6152 m2) in Bielany (single-family or extensive multi-family housing with services or downtown buildings), Dobra (2112 m2, construction) multi-family residential building with services on the ground floor or construction of a service building with a hotel function with an underground garage) and Mariańska (1027 m2, construction of a hotel building) in Śródmieście and Burakowska (8259 m2, downtown buildings of services, trade and offices) and al. Solidarności (6975 m2, office and service buildings) in Wola district. Expo Real in Munich is one of the world’s largest international real estate and investment events. In 2018, over 2,000 exhibitors presented themselves at the fair, and over 44,500 participants from 72 countries from around the world. This year’s twentieth edition will take place on October 7-9th, 2019.
